Site Manager

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of an upcoming projects across BOP. You will work closely with the Project Managers and other management, will be running the on-site team, and will have subcontractors reporting to you.
Key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Managing Health & Safety on site and ensuring H&S policy is adhered to
• Motivating sub-contractor teams
• Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
• Hand over projects on time and to budget and quality
• Assisting the PM in managing the client relationship from start to finish

You will have:

• Experience in commercial and residential construction ideally
• Experience leading onsite teams
• Capacity to lead and manage subcontractors
• Knowledge of construction programming
• The ability to drive and achieve deadlines
• A strong commitment to site health and safety guidelines
• Strong communication and people management skills

As Site Manager you will be required to be a self-motivated individual that is autonomous in your role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This person must be capable of managing all aspects of the project works, be dynamic and eager to drive projects forward.
