Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)
We’re looking for experienced STMS professionals to join our team in Frankton. If you’re confident running traffic management sites, leading crews, and ensuring full compliance on civil projects, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work at a competitive rate.
Location: Frankton, Hamilton
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $30–36 per hour (paid weekly)
The role:

• Setting up, managing and overseeing traffic management sites
• Supervising and leading TMO staff on-site
• Ensuring compliance with CoPTTM and NZTA requirements
• Completing site documentation and reports
• Liaising with clients, contractors and site managers
• Monitoring site safety and traffic flow

Work includes rostered shifts and weekend work when required.
What we’re looking for:

• Current STMS qualification (Cat A, B & C)
• Full Class 1 licence
• Class 2 licence
• Experience in civil and roadwork environments
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities
• Availability for weekend and rostered work
