We have multiple clients looking for experienced Hammerhands to work across a range of residential and commercial projects in Dunedin. If you’re confident on the tools, take pride in your work, and want consistent opportunities—this could be the role for you.

Location: Multiple sites across Dunedin
Start date: Immediate start
Pay rate: $28–30 per hour (paid weekly)
You’ll be part of hard-working crews delivering quality builds while maintaining strong health & safety standards on site.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting builders on residential and commercial sites
• Using hand and power tools confidently
• Reading and interpreting basic plans
• Keeping worksites clean and organised
• Following instructions from site managers and qualified tradespeople

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years’ recent experience as a Hammerhand
• Strong skills with hand and power tools
• Ability to read plans and follow direction
• Good understanding of site health & safety practices
• Reliable, team-focused attitude
• Valid work rights in New Zealand
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Recent, contactable references

What you’ll bring:

• Nail bag and basic hand tools (full kit preferred)
• Reliable transport and full NZ driver’s licence
• Strong work ethic and commitment to turning up and getting stuck in
