Civil Foreman

Civil Construction Foreman
We’re looking for an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to lead crews across a range of civil projects including earthworks, drainage, and general civil construction.
You’ll be responsible for running crews on site, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and supervising civil construction crews
• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Overseeing earthworks and drainage installations
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed
• Coordinating with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience running crews in civil earthworks and drainage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and organise work on site
• Solid understanding of civil construction practices
• Reliable, motivated, and able to lead from the front
