About the Role As an Engineering Trades Assistant, you will be supporting engineers, fabricators, and welders with day-to-day workshop and site tasks. Work may take place in engineering workshops or on-site depending on the project.
Key Responsibilities

• Assisting engineers, welders, and fabricators with general tasks
• Operating basic tools and equipment safely
• Preparing materials and maintaining a clean work environment
• Moving materials and supporting workshop operations
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• General labouring and engineering support duties

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in engineering, fabrication, or mechanical environments is preferred
• Site Safe is highly advantageous
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Strong focus on health and safety
