We’re on the lookout for a driven Site Engineer / Graduate Engineer who’s ready to get hands-on, solve real-world challenges, and grow fast in a dynamic construction environment.
What You’ll Be Doing As part of a motivated project team, you’ll play a key role in bringing projects to life—safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Support construction teams with technical expertise and problem-solving
- Help deliver projects on time, on budget, and to spec
- Be involved in planning, QA, site inspections, and set-out
- Assist in developing work plans, methodologies, and safety documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress, manage documentation, and keep things running smoothly
- Contribute to a zero-harm culture for people, environment, and community
- Degree-qualified in Engineering (Civil or related discipline)
- 2–5 years’ experience, with exposure to construction projects
- Strong skills in planning, communication, and organisation
- Ability to manage labour, materials, and subcontractors effectively
- Commercial awareness and a focus on cost efficiency
- Confidence to tackle challenges and deliver practical solutions on-site
- Work on real, impactful projects
