Are you an experienced and skilled heavy equipment operator? Are you fascinated by the power and functionality of wheels, tracks, and rollers machinery? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers Operator.
Responsibilities:

• Operate and control various heavy machinery, including but not limited to bulldozers, graders, excavators, and compactors equipped with wheels, tracks, or rollers.
• Efficiently and safely maneuver equipment to perform tasks such as grading, excavating, backfilling, compacting, and leveling.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to understand project requirements and execute tasks accordingly.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance, reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Complete assigned tasks within designated time frames, meeting quality standards and project specifications.
• Keep records of work completed, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, graders, excavators, and compactors.
• Strong knowledge of machine controls and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Physical stamina and strength to work in demanding outdoor environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
• Valid operator's license/certification for relevant heavy machinery.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Can pass a drug test
