- Repair and rebuild diesel engines, transmissions, and other components
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and analyze mechanical problems
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repairs
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all aspects of work
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic
- Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics or related field
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and computerized systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness for lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
