Machine Operator
We’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join a busy Hamilton quarry team. If you’ve got a solid background in heavy machinery and the right endorsements, this is your chance to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role with strong potential for ongoing work.
Location: Hamilton
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $28–$30 per hour (paid weekly)
Key duties include:

• Operating loaders, excavators, dump trucks, and other quarry machinery
• Feeding crushers, screens, and wash plants
• Stockpile work and material flow assistance
• General site labouring and clean-up
• Assisting with basic maintenance and plant servicing
• Following all site safety procedures and hazard controls
• Reporting hazards, incidents, and machinery issues
• Supporting quality checks and basic production record-keeping

To be successful, you’ll need:

• WTR endorsement (non-negotiable)
• Experience operating quarry machinery
• Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 beneficial)
• Good level of physical fitness
• Clean Ministry of Justice check (no criminal convictions)
