Civil Digger Operators Wanted – Hutt Valley

We are seeking experienced civil digger (excavator) operators for ongoing work across the Hutt Valley. Our clients are well-established civil contractors with long-term projects in infrastructure, roading, and earthworks.
If you have strong civil experience and can operate confidently in busy site environments, we want to hear from you.
The Role:

• Operating excavators on civil infrastructure sites
• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Trenching for services and utilities
• Working around live services and site crews
• Reading and following site plans and levels
• Daily pre-start checks and basic machine care

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in civil excavation work
• WTR endorsements (essential)
• Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 preferred)
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Ability to pass a drug test
