Diesel Mechanic ASAP start!


Salary: $35-$40 per hour (Based on Experience)

Are you an experienced Diesel Mechanic looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team. While a qualification is preferred, it is not required, as we value hands-on experience and expertise. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to health and safety guidelines, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting repairs and maintenance on cars and transport vehicles
• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of vehicles
• Overhauling engines and performing necessary repairs
• Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks such as engine tune-ups, tire rotations, wheel balancing, oil/filter changes, etc.
• Assisting the workshop manager as required
• Supporting in the picking up and transportation of vehicles to and from the depot or client sites
• Possessing a relevant driving license (Class 1) as driving is part of the role
• Being flexible to assist in various tasks as directed by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in diesel mechanics
• Possession of a relevant driving license (Class 1)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines
