We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Admin / Front Desk professional to join a busy automotive workshop in Hastings.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
As the first point of contact, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers while keeping the front office running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing
- Greeting customers and managing the front desk
- Answering phone calls and booking vehicle services
- Processing invoices and payments
- General administration and data entry
- Communicating with mechanics and customers about job progress
- Keeping the front office organised and running smoothly
- Previous administration or reception experience
- Strong customer service skills and a welcoming personality
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Computer skills (MS Office and booking systems)
- Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment
- Good with numbers and attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys working with people and fits into a team environment
- High attention to customers – attentive, professional, and being able to get things done
- Monday to Friday hours – 7:30am to 5:00pm
