We are urgently looking for a Customer Service team member to join our team on the North Shore.
- Your purpose will be to provide an impeccable customer experience throughout the customer life-cycle while proactively identify sales leads for the business.
- This role has responsibility for handling inbound / outbound customer communications and enquiries as part of a national Customer Service team.
- During these communications, you will be processing sales orders, providing product information, resolving issues and providing solutions to the customer’s needs.
- While supporting customers, you will also support the sales and marketing team with their sales initiatives. You will proactively identify sales leads and opportunities, escalating these to the sales team.
- This role works collaboratively with other team members to ensure all individual and team KPIs are achieved.
Qualifications/Experience Required A proven history of excellent Customer Service experience or similar.
Competencies- Capability with using reporting and administration systems: Microsoft Suite, CRM & ERP software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Friendly and bright phone manner and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain task progression while responding to unplanned actions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to be proactive and plan effectively and efficiently.
