Office Receptionist
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Office Receptionist with a strong background in the construction or trades industry. This is a key front-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers while supporting the wider team with essential admin and accounts tasks.
Location: Rosedale, Auckland
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $30 per hour (paid weekly)

Your duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and contractors
- Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate team members
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and job bookings (including roofing estimates)
- Preparing and organising documentation and reports
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Managing customer databases and tracking service requests
- Assisting with invoicing, tracking payments, and general accounts support
- Previous experience in a construction or trades environment (this is a must)
- Strong phone manner and customer service skills
- Experience with invoicing and accounts support
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy office
