Project Managers and Site Managers

Tradestaff have some very exciting opportunities with one of our clients  looking for Project Managers and Site Managers role.

In this role you will be managing the Wellington Region for a foundation works and form works Company

• Multi Complexes
• Commercial Projects
• Residential Projects
• Retro Fits 
• Schools
• Hospitals 

What would be required from you:

• Manage a team of foreman and builders
• Strong admin skills
• Be part of the hiring process of the foreman and builders

 
To be successful:

• Must Be able to handle responsibility
• NZ or international qualification in Carpentry/Building
• 5 years minimum experience in the building industry (International or local)
• Must be a thinker and organised
• Able to work Independently
• Motivated and Self Starter
• Management Experience

Day to day:

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

 


Mainly Located in Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt and Wellington CBD
