We are looking for reliable, hands-on Traffic Management Operatives to join our Rotorua night crew. This isn't just a job; it’s a critical role ensuring that our teams, motorists, and residents get home safely every single day.
The RoleWorking under the stars, you’ll be the frontline of safety on our local roads. This is a physical, active role where no two shifts are quite the same. Your mission includes:

• Setting the Scene: Deploying cones, signs, and barriers to establish secure workspaces.
• Managing the Flow: Expertly controlling traffic to keep Rotorua moving smoothly.
• Community Ambassador: Being a professional, friendly face on-site—assisting pedestrians and answering questions from local residents with a helpful attitude.
• Safety First: Maintaining a hawk-eyed focus on the well-being of your crew and the public.

What You’ll BringWe value a strong work ethic and a "can-do" team spirit. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Licensing: A valid Full NZ Class 1 Driver’s Licence.
• Experience: Previous Traffic Management experience or a TC Level 1 qualification is a plus, but if you have a genuine hunger to learn, we can provide training.
• Fitness: You’re physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and don't mind putting in the hard yards.
• Character: You are punctual, motivated, and a natural problem-solver.
• Flexibility: A willingness to participate in an on-call roster.
• Integrity: As safety is our top priority, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
