We’re looking for experienced Civil Carpenters to join local, busy infrastructure projects across Tauranga.
If you have strong structural carpentry experience and enjoy working on large-scale civil projects, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay and immediate starts available.
Location: Tauranga
Start date: Immediate start
Pay rate: $30–$35 per hour (paid weekly)
You’ll be working on a range of local Tauranga civil infrastructure projects, completing structural carpentry and formwork as part of a skilled construction team.

Key duties include:
- Formwork and boxing for structural concrete
- Building civil structures such as retaining walls and bridges
- Reading and working from construction plans
- Concrete preparation and placement
- General civil carpentry on infrastructure projects
Requirements:
- Proven civil or structural carpentry experience
- Strong formwork/boxing experience
- Ability to read and work from plans
- Site Safe (preferred)
- Full Class 1 driver licence
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Competitive pay rate of $30–$35 per hour
- Ongoing project work
- Opportunity to work on large civil infrastructure projects
- Local Tauranga-based work
