Skilled Civil Labourer

We’re looking for an experienced Skilled Civil Labourer to join a busy civil crew working across Central, West and North Shore Auckland. This role suits someone with 1–2 years of solid civil experience who’s confident on the tools, comfortable working at depth, and keen to build a long-term career in the industry.

Location: Central, West & North Shore Auckland
Pay rate: $26–$28 per hour (paid weekly)
In this role, you’ll be involved in:

• Laying sewer pipes at depths of 4–5 metres
• Backfilling pipes to specification
• Assisting with drainage works
• Working safely in confined spaces
• General civil labouring duties on active sites

To be successful, you must have:

• 1–2+ years’ civil construction experience
• Proven drainage experience
• Confined Spaces ticket
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence
• Ability to work safely at depths of 4–5 metres
