Roles Available

• Civil Labourers
• Drivers (Class 2–5 preferred)
• Machine Operators / Plant Operators
• Site Engineers
• Drainage & Roading Specialists

Key Duties & Responsibilities Civil Labourers

• Assisting with general civil works, including drainage, roading, and infrastructure tasks
• Manual handling, site clean-up, and support for trades and operators
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Drivers

• Operating company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and spoil
• Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining logbooks
• Working closely with site supervisors and crews

Machine / Plant Operators

• Operating excavators, rollers, loaders, and other civil plant
• Trenching, earthworks, drainage, and roading preparation
• Performing basic maintenance and pre-start checks

Site Engineers

• Supporting site delivery, planning, and coordination
• Monitoring quality, progress, and compliance with specifications
• Liaising with supervisors, subcontractors, and project managers

Drainage & Roading Workers

• Installing and maintaining stormwater, wastewater, and drainage systems
• Kerb, channel, pavement, and roading construction
• Reading and working from plans and levels

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
• Relevant experience and/or tickets (preferred but not essential for all roles)
• Commitment to health and safety
• Reliability and pride in quality workmanship
• Must be able to pass pre employment drug screen
