Civil Construction Roles – Plimmerton
We are seeking Civil Carpenters, Skilled Labourers, Machine Operators, and a Leading Hand for an ongoing civil construction project based in Plimmerton.
Work kicks off February, with long-term opportunities for the right people.
Roles Available
🔨 Civil Carpenters

• Formwork, boxing, concrete prep and pours
• Working from civil drawings and plans
• Supporting civil structures and infrastructure works

Skilled Labourers

• General civil labouring duties
• Trenching, drainage assistance, concrete works, and site prep
• Use of hand and power tools
• Assisting trades, operators, and site crews

Machine Operators

• Operating civil machinery (excavators, rollers, loaders, etc.)
• Trenching, bulk earthworks, and final trim
• Daily machine checks and maintenance
• Working safely around crews and services

Leading Hand (Civil Construction Experience Required)

• Leading and supervising a small site crew
• Coordinating daily tasks and productivity
• Ensuring safety, quality, and site compliance
• Liaising with supervisors and project management

What You’ll Need

• Own reliable transport
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to work weekends when required
• Relevant civil construction experience preferred
• Strong focus on health and safety
