Civil Labourer

Tradestaff are looking for a switched-on Civil Labourer to join the crew in Cromwell.

This role would suit someone with their head screwed on, a strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to develop in civil/machine operating work. If you’re keen to upskill, gain licenses, stay in the area and build a long-term career — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Spotting, shovelling, using hand tools, and assisting operators
• General labouring and site support in a busy environment
• Working around mobile plant and heavy machinery
• Housekeeping and keeping the site running smoothly
• Learning civil processes

What we’re looking for:

• Good attitude and strong reliability (this is key)
• Long term availability
• Physically fit and not afraid of hard work
• Solid health and safety awareness
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Class 1 licence (WTR / forklift / and additional classes are a bonus)
