Civil Supervisor
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to lead crews on active sites across Tauranga. If you’re confident managing teams, coordinating projects, and maintaining site safety, this is your chance to step into a well-paid leadership role with real ongoing potential.

Pay rate: $100,000 per year (paid weekly)
You’ll be overseeing daily operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, ensuring health and safety is maintained, and reporting progress to senior management. Strong leadership and a background in civil works are essential.
