We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across three waters, rail, structures and land development.
This is an opportunity to join a structured organisation that takes safety, quality and compliance seriously.
The Role
Reporting to the Foreman/Supervisor, you will lead drainage works on site and supervise small crews (1–5 people), ensuring work is completed safely, on programme and to specification.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm (45–50 hours per week)
Minimal night works. No out-of-town travel.

What You’ll Need
- Registered or Certifying Drainlayer (PGDB qualified)
- 5+ years’ civil construction experience
- Strong understanding of H&S and WorkSafe requirements
- Ability to read plans, complete set-out and QA documentation
- Leadership capability and strong work ethic
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- $40–$45 per hour depending on experience
- Company vehicle (available for travel to and from work)
