Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Process Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring processes, and ensuring the efficient production of goods according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with safety protocols and operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and consistency in output.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain cleanliness and organisation in the production area.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and work flow.
• Assist with packaging, labelling, and other tasks as needed to support the production process.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility to work the occasional Saturdays if required.
