Manufacturing Assistant

Are you reliable, hands-on, and ready to get stuck into a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a motivated Manufacturing Assistant — hygiene solution specialists servicing the industrial market.

Location: Dunedin
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $25 per hour (paid weekly)

In this role, you’ll be part of a production team ensuring high-quality hygiene products are processed, packaged, and prepared for distribution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Filling bottles with cleaning solutions, capping and palletising
• Placing products onto conveyor belts for processing
• Monitoring items as they move through production lines
• Starting and stopping equipment for cleaning and sterilising plant areas
• Sweeping, mopping and removing waste or debris from machinery
• Following instructions, diagrams and production orders accurately
• Packaging, quality control and general machine operation
• Loading and unloading items from machines, dollies and pallets

This is hands-on work in a busy environment and involves repetitive movements and being on your feet.

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting
• Previous manufacturing or factory experience
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Forklift licence (not essential but a strong advantage)
