Tradestaff are on the hunt for keen individuals with experience working with concrete pre-casting and moulding.
Our West Auckland client has a project kicking off shortly and they need some extra hands to help out in their pre-casting yard.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Setting up moulds according to specifications for the desired products, cleaning, oiling and ensuring proper alignment of moulds.
Preparing concrete batches ensuring the correct proportions of cement, aggregate, water, and additives.
Pouring concrete into moulds ensuring proper distribution and consolidation to eliminate air pockets.
Managing the curing process to ensure proper strength development of the concrete.
Grinding, polishing, or applying surface treatments to achieve the desired appearance and texture.
