This is a great opportunity for someone who has solid site experience, good tool skills, and wants steady work with a team that values reliability and effort.

The Role As a Skilled Labourer, you’ll be working on a variety of commercial and residential sites assisting trades and completing general site duties. Your tasks may include:
- Assisting builders, tradies, and contractors on site
- Demolition and site strip-outs
- Lifting, moving, and loading materials
- Site clean-up and keeping work areas safe and tidy
- Using hand and power tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.)
- Basic carpentry and labouring support
- Concrete prep and general groundwork (depending on the job)
- Following site plans and instructions from supervisors
- Proven experience as a labourer on construction sites
- Confident using tools and working around trades
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction
- Own transport (or reliable way to get to site)
- Steel cap boots and basic PPE
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
- Site Safe is an advantage (but not essential)
- Competitive pay rates depending on experience
