Machine Operator

Machinery Operators Needed

If you enjoy working in the Civil and Construction space, you could be our next star operator! We are specifically looking for applicants who are skilled in the following:

• Loader operators
• Roller operators
• Excavator operators
• Grader operators
• Class 2, 4 Truck Drivers

 
WHAT YOU NEED:

• Reliability and passion to support the team with a solution-focused mindset.
• Commitment to ensuring quality and safety in all tasks.
• Good physical fitness due to the role's demanding nature.
• Preferred, though not essential, experience using GPS technology.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience operating diggers, rollers, or graders.
• Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence (Class 2 or higher + WTR endorsements preferred).

 
For more senior positions, we're seeking:

• Proficiency in drainage, final trim, and finishing works.
• Understanding of quality assurance practices.
• Experience in a leadership role with the ability to interpret site plans.
