Excavator Operators / Class 4 Drivers
Wellington Region

We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operators / Class 4 Drivers to join a busy civil construction team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of machine operation and truck driving and is confident working in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating excavators on civil and construction sites
• Driving Class 4 trucks to transport materials and equipment
• Assisting with site works including trenching, drainage, and general earthworks
• Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Working closely with site teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Following all health and safety procedures on site

Requirements:

• WTR endorsements (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers)
• Full Class 4 driver licence
• Proven experience operating excavators in civil or construction environments
• Strong understanding of site safety practices
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction when required
• Reliable, hardworking and safety focused
