We are currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join busy civil projects across South Auckland.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale civil sites operating well-maintained machinery with a supportive crew and strong safety culture.

Location: South Auckland
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $32–$36 per hour (paid weekly)

In this role, you will be operating heavy machinery (typically 13–40+ tonnes) across a range of civil construction and earthmoving projects.
You’ll play a key part in site preparation, drainage, and general earthworks while working alongside experienced crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating 13–40+ tonne excavators for earthmoving, drainage, and civil works
• Trenching, bulk earthworks, and site preparation
• Loading trucks and backfilling
• Site levelling and final trim
• Operating skid steers and loaders as required
• Working around live services
• Assisting ground crew when required
• Completing daily machine checks and basic maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

• WTR endorsement (essential)
• Proven experience operating 13–40+ tonne excavators
• Civil construction experience
• Ability to read plans and work to levels
• Class 2 licence (bonus)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
