Tradestaff is on the lookout for reliable and hardworking Hammerhands to join our team for a variety of residential and commercial construction projects. With multiple clients across the region, we have immediate starts available for the right people.
If you have basic carpentry experience, enjoy working on-site, and want to build your skills alongside experienced tradespeople, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting qualified carpenters with general construction tasks
• Measuring, cutting, and installing timber and building materials
• Framing, formwork, and basic carpentry support
• Using hand and power tools
• Site preparation, material handling, and general labouring
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hammerhand or construction site experience
• Basic understanding of carpentry tools and materials
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Health and safety focused mindset
• Site Safe passport (preferred but not essential)
