Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $28–$35 per hour depending on experience – paid weekly
The Role
You’ll be working on a large civil project assisting with piling operations for bridge work, foundations, and retaining structures.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support experienced crews and play an important part in keeping site operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with piling operations on civil construction sites
- Installing and supporting piles for bridge work, foundations, and retaining walls
- Working closely with piling crews and machine operators
- Completing general hammerhand and civil site duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Proven experience installing piles on civil construction projects
- Experience working on civil sites and with piling crews
- Strong work ethic and ability to work early day shifts
- Commitment to health and safety on site
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Immediate start available
- Good pay rates based on experience
- PPE provided
