We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced Precast Yard Worker to join a busy team based in ?taki. This is an ongoing opportunity with consistent hours for the right person.

The Role:

Working in a precast yard involves producing concrete components used in construction projects such as panels, beams, and structural elements. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Preparing moulds and formwork for concrete pours
• Placing reinforcing steel and components into moulds
• Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete
• Stripping moulds once products have cured
• Operating basic tools and machinery in the yard
• Moving and stacking finished products safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

This is a hands-on, physical role that requires working outdoors in varying conditions and being part of a team to meet production deadlines.

• Proven experience in a precast or concrete environment
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
• Reliable and hard-working with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Good attitude and team player
