Commercial Carpenter
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Carpenter to join a busy team working on a range of projects in central Dunedin. If you’ve got strong site skills and enjoy working on commercial builds from framing through to finishing, this could be the perfect next step.

Location: Dunedin Central, Dunedin
Start date: Immediate start for the right candidate
Pay rate: $32–36 per hour (paid weekly)

You’ll be responsible for:

• Installing structural steel and tilt panels
• Framing walls and installing joinery
• Carrying out finishing work
• Formwork and boxing for concrete
• Reading and interpreting plans

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 4 years’ commercial carpentry experience
• Ability to work independently and follow site plans
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Site Safe (preferred)
• Working at Heights and EWP ticket (an advantage)
• Own tools and reliable transport
