Fitter/Installer – Fuel
Tradestaff are looking for an experienced Fitter to work with our client, a Nationwide company working in the petroleum sector. The role is based in Wellington.
 
Work includes the installation and servicing of equipment such as underground and above ground tanks, fuel pumps, pipes and dispensers.
The role may require travel – you may be required to work around New Zealand in a variety of locations at times
We are looking for mechanically minded individuals with experience in fuel, engineering or civil construction and drain laying.

To be considered, you will need to have:

• Experience as a fitter and installer in the fuel industry
• Problem solving and Quality Control experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• 100% commitment to Health & Safety
• Willingness and flexibility to travel

 
Ideally, you will be or have:

• 3+ years’ experience & or Trade Qualification
• Experience within the fuel or civil construction/engineering sectors
• 2 work references
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• A clean, full drivers’ licence
