Tradestaff are seeking experienced Welder Pipe Fitters for ongoing industrial projects based in the Waikato region. We’re looking for two skilled tradespeople with strong ASME experience who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality work on site.

Location: Waikato
Start date: Immediate start for the right person
Pay rate: $32–$35 per hour (weekly pay)

The Role You’ll be working on industrial projects carrying out high-spec welding and fabrication tasks, including:

• Reading and interpreting P&IDs
• Stainless tube purge welding
• ASME stainless and carbon pipe welding

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in stainless and carbon pipe welding (ASME standard)
• Strong ability to read and interpret P&IDs
• Current high-risk tickets:
  
  • EWP
  • WAH
  • Fire Extinguisher
  • Permit Receiver
  • Hazard ID
  • Site Safe

• Full Class 1 driver’s licence
• Project management or team supervision experience (advantageous)
