Fabricator/ Welder

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with various types of plastics and possess a strong attention to detail. This role involves interpreting blueprints, operating fabrication machinery, and assembling plastic components to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate fabrication machinery such as CNC routers, laser cutters, and heat benders.
• Cut, shape, and assemble plastic components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plastic Fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of plastics, including acrylics, PVC, and polycarbonate.
• Familiarity with fabrication machinery and hand tools used in the plastics industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• Forklift license (preferred but not required).
