Your day could include:
- Servicing and maintaining diesel vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance
- Engine, transmission, brake and suspension work
- Completing servicing records and job documentation
- Conducting safety inspections and pre-delivery checks
- Working on heavy machinery, trucks, buses or campervans depending on the role
- Experience as a diesel mechanic or automotive technician
- Heavy Diesel qualification or Light Vehicle qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Overseas qualified mechanics are encouraged to apply
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full driver's licence preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
