We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Operative to join our team working on a key civil project in Hastings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a major client in the civil construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 14T loader and other relevant machinery on site.
• Assist with civil works, including excavation, site preparation, and general laboring tasks.
• Support in the installation and maintenance of infrastructure as per project requirements.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely, adhering to industry standards.
• Conduct laboring duties such as lifting, carrying materials, and assisting the team with various tasks.
• Work efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in any other civil tasks as required by the project.

Requirements:

• Class 2 Driver’s License (essential).
• WTR Endorsement – essential
• Proven experience operating a 14T loader and other heavy machinery.
• Background in civil laboring tasks, with hands-on experience in construction environments.
• Strong awareness of safety standards and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with other team members.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual laboring duties.
• Previous experience in civil construction projects is highly desirable.
