Skilled Civil Labourers Wanted

We’re on the lookout for skilled Civil Labourers to join busy crews working across Hamilton and the surrounding areas.
If you’ve got solid civil experience and enjoy hands-on outdoor work, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into a variety of projects while building your skills.

Location: Hamilton and surrounding area
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour (weekly pay)

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with drainage, water services, and general civil site works
• Working alongside civil machinery with opportunities to upskill
• Operating equipment such as compactors and concrete saws
• Carrying out manual labour including heavy lifting and material handling
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on civil construction labouring experience
• Restricted or Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence (WTR endorsement an advantage)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work extended hours
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
