We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Civil Operators to contribute your expertise to our next project!
***Please note all applicants should hold the relevant licences ranging from Class 1, 2, 4 & WTR endorsement depending on the role***
With different sectors rolling out over the coming months we are on the hunt for the following:
Excavator Operator – 36 – 50T – Must have Class 2 & WTR – Bulk loading dump truck fleet, setting up benches, using GPS.
Bulldozer Operator – 22 – 34T – Must have Class 2 & WTR – Controlling filling operations, stripping topsoil, tip sites, push loading scoops, ripping rock in cuts, cut to fill operations in step terrain.
Compactor Operator – 25T – Must have Class 2 & WTR – Controlling filling operations to project specifications.
Excavator Operator – 13-20T – Class 1 / 2 & WTR – Site work, ESC, undercuts, drainage and any other small construction tasks
Your key duties will include:
Operating excavators, bulldozers, loaders, moxys and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Performing routine maintenance and inspection of equipment to ensure safe and smooth operation.
Assisting with site preparation, grading, excavation, and other tasks as directed by the project supervisor.
Collaborating with other team members to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
Complying with all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among team members.
Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and daily work logs.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
Proven experience as a Civil Operator in a construction environment.
Current certification or license to operate heavy machinery and equipment.
Solid understanding of construction procedures, safety guidelines, and best practices.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Adherence to deadlines and a proactive approach to problem-solving
