Are you a qualified Automotive Technician looking to put your skills to work in a dynamic, well-equipped workshop?
This role offers variety across diagnostics, repairs, and servicing for a wide range of vehicles—including Utes, vans, and heavy Class 2 trucks.
Based in Hastings, you’ll be part of a Monday-to-Friday operation with consistent hours and the opportunity to support a highly regarded client known for maintaining high standards and a strong safety culture

Location: Hastings
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $32+ depending on experience (paid weekly)
You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using specialist tools
• Performing repairs and replacements across engines, brakes, suspension, and A/C
• Carrying out scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
• Servicing and repairing Utes, Vans, Class 2 and up
• Completing work orders, estimates, and detailed records
• Handling engine and transmission rebuilds or replacements
• Providing tyre services and wheel alignments
• Troubleshooting electrical systems, sensors, and components
• Installing performance upgrades and tuning vehicles

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Automotive Certification
• Full NZ Driver’s Licence
• Strong diagnostic experience
