Civil Construction Operative

We currently have a role for an experienced civil construction worker for ongoing work in drainage, hard landscaping, subdivision work and residential site works.

For the civil role you will ideally be:

• Physically fit for labouring
• Have experience in civil construction & gaining further experience in machinery use 
• WTR endorsements on your NZ licence (Or have the ability to get same)
• Available for ongoing work 

Physically fit as you'll be in and out of the cab all day. Would benefit an early riser.

You will need:

• A Full Class 2 license 
• A CV showing your work history
• Two contactable references (ph or email)
• A good understanding of H&S on site
• Ability to provide a sample for Drug Screening

 
It is likely you will need your own reliable transport to get you to site each day, and to be fit & keen for labouring work as needed.  
While you would start initially temporarily through Tradestaff, every week, our employees in Queenstown are gaining permanent employment where we've placed them. If you have the right attitude, this could easily be you!
