Tradestaff Apprentice - Hayden

We caught up with Hayden and our Tradestaff Wellington team to see how the journey has been.

Hayden, a former IT Specialist, started work with the Wellington team in early 2022. Although he had no official work experience on the tools we soon found that Hayden had completed some pretty impressive carpentry projects in his spare time.

So after an in-depth interview, reference checks, and the right opportunity on a downtown commercial site it quickly became evident how good he was.

The next step was signing up to BCITO in February and now Tradestaff and Hayden have never looked back!
