Ready to step onto a quality residential site in 2026? We’re seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter to join a respected high-end building crew in Dunedin. If you take pride in precision workmanship and enjoy working on well-managed, detail-focused builds, this could be your next move.

Location: Dunedin
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $32–36 per hour (paid weekly)
You’ll be working on high-spec residential projects where craftsmanship and attention to detail matter.

What you’ll be doing:

• Framing, cladding and finishing carpentry
• Interpreting and working from construction plans
• Timber work and concrete formwork
• Ensuring work meets NZ Building Code standards
• Coordinating with other trades to keep projects running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Trade-qualified carpenter (preferred)
• Proven residential building experience
• Strong understanding of NZ Building Code and WorkSafe requirements
• Full driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Full toolkit (or close to it)
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
