We’re on the lookout for skilled Carpenters to join a well-respected team delivering high-quality residential builds across Dunedin. This is a great opportunity for experienced tradies who take pride in their work and want consistent, rewarding projects. While the focus is residential, we’re also open to experienced commercial carpenters bringing their skills across.

Location: Dunedin City
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $32–$36 per hour (paid weekly)

What you’ll be doing:

• Framing, cladding, and finishing carpentry
• Interpreting and working from construction plans
• Timber work and concrete formwork
• Ensuring all work meets NZ Building Code standards
• Coordinating with other trades to keep projects running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Trade-qualified Carpenter (preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years’ carpentry experience (this is not an entry-level role)
• Strong residential building experience
• Solid understanding of NZ Building Code and WorkSafe requirements
• Full driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Full toolkit (or close to it)
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
