The Role
You’ll be working on a major civil construction project assisting with structural carpentry tasks for bridge work, foundations, and retaining structures.
This is a hands-on role where your trade skills will be essential to ensuring projects are completed safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out structural carpentry on civil construction sites
- Assisting with formwork and carpentry for bridge work and foundations
- Reading and working from plans and specifications
- Working closely with site supervisors and construction crews
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Trade qualified Carpenter (NZ recognised qualification)
- Proven experience on construction or civil projects
- Ability to read and follow plans
- Strong commitment to health and safety on site
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Immediate start available
- Good pay rates based on experience
- PPE provided
- Potential for ongoing work for the right people
