Automotive Mechanic / Apprentice – Te Awamutu
Tradestaff are working with a trusted automotive repair and engineering business based in Te Awamutu, and we’re on the lookout for a Qualified Automotive Mechanic or an Apprentice / Trainee Mechanic to join their friendly, supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for a fully qualified mechanic looking for stable, ongoing work, or for someone keen to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and work towards a recognised qualification under experienced professionals.
What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Automotive Mechanic or solid hands-on experience
• Apprentice / Trainee Mechanic with a strong willingness to learn
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills (or eagerness to develop them)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
