Maintenance Team Service Manager

Right now there is an opportunity for an experienced trades person who is ready to take on a new challenge in their career. This a customer-facing, organisational and trades management role. The succesful applicant would organise maintenance projects to deliver on-time and high quality outcomes.

Reporting to the directors of the busy, family-owned and operated maintenance business, you'd need to be responsible for the following -:

• Liaising with clients
• Liaising with trade supervisors
• Site visits to assess client requirements
• Pricing/Quoting work
• Allocating work and scheduling tradespeople to meet deadlines
• Project tracking and management
• Follow up visits/quality checks of work undertaken
• Reporting to management on workload and any issues

What you need to apply -:

• Demonstrated trades experience with references
• Evidence of your organisational and leadership skills
• Evidence of your competence with computers (CRMs, excel, word, etc.)
• A current drivers licence
• A clean Ministry of Justice history
• Submit to drug testing, alcohol testing and a company medical
