Tradestaff Christchurch is looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Leading Hand to join our team. If you're confident running a crew, reading plans, and leading by example on-site, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in civil construction, with supervisory or Leading Hand experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and follow site plans
• A commitment to health and safety practices
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 2 and/or WTR endorsements a bonus)
• Site Safe is preferrable for this role
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
