We are looking for a Qualified Scaffolder Leading Hand who is physically fit, experienced, and ready to lead a small team. If you have the right attitude and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team in the safe erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding
- Work with a variety of scaffolding systems: Pro Scaff, Ringlock, Quick Stage, Tube & Clip, Modular
- Ensure scaffolding is installed safely and in compliance with NZ regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide the best scaffolding solutions
- Ensure a high standard of work and lead by example with a hands-on approach
- Manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive team environment
- Assist with the planning and design of scaffolding setups when needed
- Current NZ Scaffold Certificate (required)
- At least 5 years of experience in scaffolding
- Experience with various systems including Pro Scaff, Ringlock, Quick Stage, Tube & Clip, and Modular
- Full Class 2 Driver's License (mandatory); Full Class 1 acceptable with a view to obtaining Class 2
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a hands-on, physically demanding role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to problem-solve on-site
- A solid work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
- Must be able to pass a drug test and MOJ check.
